Chef Kelly Sheehan is the owner of Sheehan ServSafe Solutions and a ServSafe Certified Instructor and Proctor with over 30 years of hospitality experience.
He brings real-world knowledge from decades in kitchens and operations across South Florida. His training is practical, straightforward, and designed specifically for the demands of restaurants, hotels, bars, and caterers in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties.
In addition to ServSafe Manager certification, Chef Kelly also provides Responsible Vendor (alcohol service) training to help your entire team stay compliant and confident.

All sessions are led by a Certified ServSafe Instructor and include the official proctored exam.
